I hope your new year is off to a pleasant start and that everyone is staying safe and warm. Your games should be arriving in the next few days if you haven't received them already, if any of our backers have any issues with their deliveries, please reach out. No, I don't have trust issues. Why do you ask?
Dig if you will the picture: no not the picture of Bernie Sanders, but it's vaguely relevant. The picture to picture is an apartment building in San Francisco without a working buzzer and a montage of UPS slips to let you know that delivery was attempted while you were at work and will be attempted again at the same time tomorrow. This is part of modern life. It is decidedly a first world problem. It is also completely unacceptable when waiting for the delivery of the market copies of the game that you've been working on for the better part of a decade.
So I sat downstairs, in a foldout chair doing my best Bernie Sanders impression. Neighbors went by and wondered if I was strange, or taking a new security position. I watched the rain and became reacquainted with how uncomfortable folding chairs get when you sit in them for hours at a stretch. I paced a minimal amount because pacing could take my eyes from the door and I feared the rapidly applied "Sorry we missed you" UPS slip.
9 am came and went, as did 10:00 and 11:00 but at noon the beleaguered UPS delivery man that I was thinking impatient and less than charitable thoughts about came to the door. He was soaked, he'd been working in the rain. He leaned the box against the wall as he attempted the buzzer that I knew didn't work.
"Hi," I said
The UPS guy looked as relieved as I felt. He handed off the box before sprinting back into the rain. A true American hero.

All of this is to say: THE GAMES HAVE ARRIVED! All of you should have received notifications from Gamerati by way of UPS or your local delivery service and shipments had all left the warehouse as of two days ago. If I haven't said it enough (and I likely haven't): Thank you all. We wouldn't be here without you. Also, please reach out if there are any issues with your delivery and we'll do our best to get it resolved.

Psst... hey,
THE GAMES HAVE OFFICIALLY MADE IT TO THE WEST COAST OF THE UNITED STATES!
I mean, they still haven't made it off the docks, but they are close. As soon as they're done processing they will go to our fulfillment company to be sent out to our ever so patient backers (yes I'm talking about you) so you can tear off the plastic wrap and bring in the New Year by rolling dice and making good choices.
Some of you still need to finalize your BackerKit surveys so we can get the goods to you. If you have any trouble with that, or if you need to update your address please search for 5 Paths at the link below and let us know if you have any additional difficulty.

As of November 7, the ship carrying the games has officially left port from Zhenjiang, China and is crossing the Pacific to get to our fulfillment center. (Knocking on wood) your copies should be in your hands before you know it, and we're way ahead of schedule, so we're keeping fingers crossed that the sailing is smooth between now and the end of the month.
We want to be careful about delivery estimates because we are heading into the holiday season. This means that most postal carriers will be impacted, but please rest assured that we're getting these to you guys as soon as we can. Some of you still haven't finished the Backerkit surveys. Please complete that process as soon as possible. For anyone who needs to update your shipping address, use the link to below to search 5 Paths and then follow the steps to update. Hello all,
We hope your autumn is off to a solid start and we've got some great news: the games will head to the ship starting next week!!!!!

It's been a little while since our last update so we want to make sure you guys know we've still been hard at work and look forward to sharing the game with you. Those who played the in person prototypes might be happy to know that we've also secured custom colored dice.
It should take around a month for the units to cross the Pacific to Washington, where they'll be offloaded to our fulfillment company, we should be able to start mailing copies out to backers starting in January if not sooner.
